Dear Colleagues:
Each year, the Indiana Rural Health Association (IRHA) recognizes remarkable rural health individuals and/or programs with awards presented during the Association's Annual Conference. Please send in your nomination for those who are making an outstanding difference in rural health today in the areas of Leadership, Education, Advocacy, Collaboration, and Public Service.
You are also asked to recognize your own Doc Hollywood by sending in a nomination form. This award nomination is open to any individual in Indiana who has shown dedication toward improving health care in his/her own underserved rural or other underserved community.
The deadline to submit the nomination forms is April 9, 2010.
